The apartments are identical in size and layout, one on the first (top) floor and the other on the ground floor, of a small two storey development of only 12 units in a quiet residential area of Peyia, a hilltop village in South West Cyprus. The apartments are located just a short drive from the village centre.

The famous beach resort of Coral Bay is only 5kms away and the lively harbour town of Paphos just 10kms.
